Mangaluru, Apr 12: WizKidsCarnival, in association with City Centre, conducted Mangalore Kids Premier League Season 2 at City Centre Mall on Saturday, April 12.

The event was inaugurated by entrepreneur, social worker, and model Pruthvi Kamath, along with kids participating in Mangalore Kids Premier League Season 2, in the presence of Vinayak Palankar, co-founder of WizKidsCarnival.

The city's most vibrant destination, City Centre Mall, is once again buzzing with excitement as it launches Season 2 of the Mangalore Kids Premier League (KPL) — a five-week extravaganza that brings out the very best in our young stars, powered by WizKidsCarnival, India’s leading kids' talent platform.

Manjushree compered the event.

After the roaring success of its debut edition, KPL returns bigger, bolder, and bursting with creativity! With over 5,000 kids expected to participate and an anticipated footfall of 20,000+ families, this edition promises to be Mangaluru’s most awaited family event of the summer.

From LEGO engineering marvels to science wizardry, colouring masterpieces, and electrifying dance and vocal performances, each weekend from April 12 to May 11 will showcase a different talent zone for kids aged 5–15. The action-packed line-up includes:

  • April 12–13: LEGO Build It Contest

  • April 19–20: Colouring & Drawing Showcase

  • April 26–27: Science Model Contest & Wonder Lab

  • May 3–4: Singing & Dancing Bonanza

  • May 11: Grand felicitation ceremony

The initiative goes beyond just fun — it’s a strategic celebration of child development and family engagement. City Centre Mall aims to create a signature marketing IP that boosts brand awareness, drives revenue via strategic partnerships, and strengthens its identity as the city’s most family-centric mall.

With a reach of over 2 million through digital campaigns, school partnerships, and influencer-led promotions, the Mangalore KPL is setting a new benchmark in mall-based experiential marketing.

“We’re proud to provide a vibrant platform that recognises talent, sparks innovation, and brings families together every weekend,” said a spokesperson for City Centre Mall.

Whether you're a budding artist, a science whizz, a future pop star, or just a curious explorer — the stage is set, and Mangaluru’s brightest kids are ready to shine.
