Moodbidri: Western Institute of Technology to Host Inter-state Volley Ball Tourney

Moodbidri, Jan 20: Western Institute of Technology (WIT) will organize 'Western Cup-2012', an inter-state level volley ball flood-light tournament at Sri Mahaveera College here on February 4.
The first prize of the tournament will comprise a cash prize of Rs 50,000, second winning team will take home a prize of Rs 30,000. The third prize will be Rs 20,000 and the fourth Rs 10,000. All the four teams will get trophies.
There will also be best attacker, passer and all rounder awards given. Only invited and selected teams can take part in the tournament, stated Florence Mendes, principal of WIT.
