Abu Dhabi: UAE, Canada Discuss Security Cooperation

Abu Dhabi, Jan 20 (IANS/WAM) The UAE and Canada pledged to boost cooperation in the field of security, officials said here Thursday.

The discussions were held between Lt. Gen. Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, the undersecretary of the UAE's interior ministry and Kenneth Lewis, Canada's ambassador to the UAE. Other senior officials of the two countries also participated.
