Bengaluru, May 18: In a relief to aspiring postgraduate students, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for submission of applications for the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PG-CET) 2024, specifically for MBA and MCA courses.
KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna announced that candidates now have time till May 19 to apply and pay the examination fee for the MBA and MCA entrance tests scheduled to be held on June 22.
It is important to note that this extension is applicable only to MBA and MCA courses. The last date for application submission for M.Tech and M.E courses has already passed, clarified Prasanna.
As for the examination schedule, the PG-CET for MTech and M.E (excluding Computer Science) will be conducted on May 31, while the Computer Science stream will have its Computer-Based Test (CBT) on June 2.
Candidates are advised to make use of the extended deadline and ensure timely completion of the application and fee payment processes. For further details and updates, applicants can visit the official KEA website.
