UGCET 2025: KEA announces medical check-up for specially-abled quota candidates from May 28

Bengaluru, May 19: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced that the medical examination for candidates who have claimed seats under the specially-abled quota in their CET application forms will be held from May 28 to 30 at the KEA office.

This evaluation is mandatory for students seeking admission into professional courses, including engineering and medical streams, under the disability quota.

In a press release, KEA executive director H Prasanna stated that a link to book date and time slots for the medical examination will be made available on the KEA website on May 26.

A designated panel of doctors will conduct the verification process to determine the eligibility of candidates based on their claims.

Candidates have been instructed to attend the medical examination with all necessary documents for verification.
