Udupi, May 23: State Mahila Congress president Soumya Reddy has issued an order appointing Jyoti Hebbar as the new president of Udupi District Mahila Congress.

Jyoti Hebbar has served in various positions in the party, including Udupi Block Congress vice president, District Congress general secretary.

Mahila Congress District vice president, and Udupi Urban Development Authority member, and has currently been appointed as the District Mahila Congress president.
