I do not know who my father is but my mother told me and I believe. I never asked where in which family I should be born. I was born in a Muslime family I am happy, I am born in a christian family and I am happy, I am born in a Hindu (whatever caste) I am happy. But I am an Indian. It was not my decession to be born in whatever religion or community. If my fore fathers got converted or didnot convert is not my problem. I am an Indian. Let me live as an Indian allow me to be in any religion / community but be an Indian.

Dear Nagendra,

Appreciate your point of view, I agree that we all Christians are converted from some other religion.There is no denying on that by anyone. But I am not sure on some of the facts provided by you. So I would like to know about the few thing,as below
Which state is sponsoring free trip to Jerusalem?
Al-rite I agree that the state Government should utilize funds for better purpose. But about our own state gov allocating funds for Mutts, isn't it Tax payer money??
Looks like you have got info on population growth of Christians I would definitely like to know what is the increase. Please post a link, as far as my knowledge is concerned the Central Gov has not made it public yet.

I am a bit curious after reading your post. As far as we christian's are concerned we feel our population is on a decline as most of the couple are opting to have one or two kids... If we had certainly converted people in last 20 years I guess our population would have doubled. Anyways there is no point arguing on this, if you feel there is any conversion taking place please report it to the nearest Police station, follow up on the cases. Let the law of the land punish him. There are conversions in every religion even there are people who have accepted Hinduism you cannot no one can deny it. We do see many expats following so many Hindu preachers in India. We have also see so many Christians in Mangalore following Hinduism, the customs that we follow is not all from the west but also the Indian version of it we have blended our self to the values & customs of our land we are as much Indian like that of the other religion in India. The government must seriously think to regularize cow slaughters reachable to every citizens of India and ban export so that the prices of beef will stabilize in the market.

The slaughter of sheep, pigs, chicken and other animals slaughtering is not required permission.

Like wise Mr. Bhat and all those who are involved should seriously think to give permission for cow slaughter for aam aadmi without permission.

As long as this bjp rules Karnataka State all these things have cropped up and will crop up in the future also in the society without which these fundamentals have no business whatsoever.

Most of the people commenting over here are forgetting who started the conversions first. Most of the christians are talking about Hindu's converting other religions to Hinduism. But you should start searching who is doing what. You will find an intresting number if you tally the population according to religion in 2000 and 2012. Guys and especially christians from specific groups are only doing this and i dont want to blame every one for it. But my point is why all of you people blame other communities when the people of your community are not correct. Muslims occupied couple of parts in india and forced non-muslims to pay more taxes and so some got changed to that. Other religion occupied and ruled for more than 200 years and forced people to convert by imposing different rules for different religions. I dont know how many of you know about a recent government plan in a neighbouring state to sponsor christians for their Holy Trip to Jerusalem. We being hindus and in the own country couldnt able to get proper facilities for our renowned temples, why should the tax payers pay amount for your trips. Many of you should open your eyes and see the news for christinaity posters every where and also in hindu religious place tirupathy. Why havent you raised your voice that time. Be sensible when you comment keeping your religion on top of your mind because if people starts finding out facts you will find bitter things which spoil the name.

1) Muslims who convert Hindu girls will be awarded with 5 lakh rupees?
I want to ask you Bhatta, from where did you get this information? I want to help all those hindus to get benefit from this offer so they get those 5 lakh of rupees, what they have to do is convert temporarily until they get the money then go back to their original faith. What you say Bhatta?

2) Pushing Hindu girls into prostitution?
According to Human Rights Watch, there are approximately 15 million prostitutes in India. There are more than 100,000 women in prostitution in Bombay, Asia's largest sex industry center. Most of them are Hindus. Prostitution profession is practiced for thousands of years and named them as “Devadasi”, “Mahari”, etc. this has been in practice even before Islam came to India. So, Bhatta is not worried about the situation of their woman, but, only interested in spewing communal hatred between communities.

3) Girls have been sold to Gulf Countries / for terrorism activities?
Accusations can’t be presented without proper proof / logic. Barking anything anywhere would not yield good results. Only you can brainwash those who are trouble-mongers.

4) Conversions?
People who convert from one religion to another is the freedom to choose any religion that they have. If someone is converted from Hinduism to any ism on their own will without any pressure or force, no one should have any problem. This Bhatta have a mental problem rather than asking questions to those who converted, he want to attack those who have guided / helped that converted person for no benefit of theirs. But, Bhatta have no guts to question the converted person.
