Child Made One-Day Officer in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, Jan 26 (IANS/WAM): An Emirati child's dream to become a police officer was fulfilled by the Abu Dhabi Police who made him a Captain for a day.

Abdullah Al Ghaferi, 12, is a Thalassemia patient, said his brother Sultan Al Ghaferi.

The young Captain Abdullah Al Ghaferi had an opportunity to tour the premises of Abu Dhabi Police's General Headquarters.

While being taken around Abu Dhabi streets with the traffic patrol, he also booked one of the drivers for traffic violation.
