St Cecily’s High School installs student cabinet for 2025 with solemn oath, leadership spirit

Udupi, Jun 12: The inauguration of the School Cabinet 2025 of St Cecily’s High School, Udupi was held on June 11.

The president Sr Preethi Crasta A C, the joint secretary of the school and chief guest for the event Sr Priya Maria A C, SPL Krithi P Amin, ASPL Nevil Samson D'Souza and all other selected members were led to the dais by 2 girl Guides and school flag bearing alma mater.

The ceremony commenced with welcoming the chief guest, the new joint secretary of the school Sr Priya Maria AC, followed by lighting the lamp and prayer invoking God’s blessings.

The president Sr Preethi led the school pupil leader Krithi P Amin, assistant school pupil leader Nevil Samson D’Souza and 21 other ministers with various portfolios to pledge the solemn oath of support, cooperation and upkeep of discipline and order of the school.

The chief guest Sr Priya Maria rendered a motivating message to the cabinet members as well as the student audience, highlighting the meaning and responsibilities of a true leader. The Headmistress too delivered her message and exhorted the school cabinet members to be service minded and model leaders.

The ceremony concluded with words of gratitude and assurance by the education minister Sameeksha. The programme was compeered by Varshini, Saanvi and Annapoorneshwari.

The programme was trained and guided by Sr Lavina Anitha and teacher Sherine D’Sa.
