Karkala, Jun 18: On the occasion of World Father’s Day, Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidyamandir organized a unique and thoughtful celebration centered around environmental conservation. With the inspiring theme 'Let’s plant a tree', the school introduced a creative 'seed bombing' activity for its pre-primary students.
The initiative aimed not only to honour fathers but also to instil in young minds the value of nurturing nature. Children enthusiastically took part in preparing seed bombs by mixing soil with seeds of various plant species, all of which were carefully selected and distributed by their teachers.
Adding a heartwarming element to the event, students took these seed bombs home and planted them joyfully along with their fathers. This hands-on activity created lasting memories while encouraging families to engage in sustainable practices together.
