Udupi: Dist authorities urge citizens to share information on residents in Israel, Iran

Udupi, June 19: In view of the escalating tension between Israel and Iran, the Udupi district administration has issued an appeal to collect information about Indian nationals from the district who are currently residing or have traveled to Israel or Iran for purposes such as business, education, employment, or any other reason.

According to an official release from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Udupi, residents who have any information regarding individuals from the district living or working in Israel or Iran are requested to contact the control room set up at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Manipal.

Information can be shared by calling the control room at 1077 or 0820-2574802. Additionally, people may also reach out to the state government's emergency helpline numbers: 080-22340676 or 080-22253707.

This initiative aims to ensure the safety and tracking of Indian citizens amid the developing international situation.
