Mangalore, Jan 29: Konkani singing legend Wilfy Rebimbus had dreamt of presenting his 250th nite to his fans and Konkani music lovers, but he passed away in March 2010 with only a few nites short of fulfulling his dream. But his family members with the support of United Youngsters have kept his dream alive by continuing his legacy, presenting Wilfy Nites in places like Doha and Mumbai.

United Youngsters, an association which has a history of over 50 years, and which was founded and promoted by the legend himself, will now host his 250th Wilfy Nite on December 23, 2012 in Mangalore, in a big way.
According to family sources, the event will be held in December so as to facilitate his fans from worldwide to attend the show, as usually during Christmas season people return home for the celebration.
As usual, the nite will include the lyrics and composition of Wilfy Rebimbus, Veena Pais Rebimbus and Vishwas Rebimbus.
