Mangaluru City Corporation staff stage protest, demand fulfilment of various demands

Mangaluru, Jul 10: Employees of the Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) staged a protest on Wednesday, pressing for the fulfilment of various demands, including a call for salaries to be disbursed directly through the state’s finance department.

As part of the protest, the entrance gate of the MCC office was blocked, and over 200 employees, including civic workers, participated in the strike.

The protest received support from officers and other staff of the corporation.











Protesters sat in dharna holding placards at the MCC entrance gate, voicing their grievances and demanding prompt action from the authorities.
