Mangalore, Jan 31: Talented magician M S Malavika was conferred the Bal Shree Award in New Delhi on Saturday January 28.

She travelled to New Delhi after participating in the ‘Bal Srujanotsav 2012’ at Pilikula, here.

Malavika started learning the art of magic when she was in Std IV and by the time she was in seventh she boldly presented magic shows before the public at various events. In 2011 she rode a scooter blindfolded for 3 km, which was a record in itself for a girl of 12.

Her appearance in a show in Asianet Channel has already made her popular in India as well as abroad. She has performed in over 500 events at various places including Dubai.

Malavika is pursuing her  school education in Kerala.
