Lourdes Central School hosts personal safety awareness session for kindergarten students

Mangaluru, Jul 16: To educate young learners about personal safety, Lourdes Central School organized an awareness session on good touch and bad touch for the kindergarten students. The program began with a prayer, invoking God’s blessings, followed by a warm welcome from the coordinator Linette Pereira, to the resource person, Sr Regeena, the school counsellor.

The session featured an engaging mix of presentations, videos, an action song, and student demonstrations, concluding with an interactive Q&A round. The little ones participated enthusiastically in the session.

Addressing the students, principal Fr Johnson L Sequeira emphasized the importance of remembering and practicing what was taught. He also praised the children for their cheerful presence, which brings joy and warmth to the school environment.

Overall, the session was informative, age-appropriate, and well-received by the young audience.
