Checking the vehicle and fining is good, but also check all vehicles, not just private cars or two-wheelers, and check all public transport to avoid accidents.

In addition to this using/talking on mobiles, while driving both 4 and , two wheelers should be dealt strictly. It has become a nuisance and dangerous to pedestrians and other vehicle drivers for their life. Even the pedestrians be booked for talking on mobiles while walking and crossing roads.
