Muscat, Aug 8: Oman Air, in collaboration with international tourism giant TUI, has launched ‘Oman Air Holidays’, a digital platform offering an integrated travel booking experience for both domestic and international travellers. The launch was announced at a press conference in Muscat.

The platform enables customers to book complete travel packages, including flights, hotels, guided tours and transfers, through a single interface. Designed to cater to Omani residents travelling abroad as well as foreign tourists visiting the Sultanate, the service offers real-time pricing, post-sale assistance, and a curated selection of hotels and experiences.

The initiative is aligned with Oman Vision 2040, which aims to diversify the economy and enhance the nation’s global tourism appeal. It follows the success of Oman Air’s stopover programme and recent expansion to destinations such as Rome and Amsterdam.

TUI, headquartered in Germany, is among the world’s largest travel and tourism companies, bringing extensive global infrastructure and expertise to the partnership. Oman Air contributes its regional experience and premium service standards, ensuring high-quality, tailor-made travel solutions.

Officials said the launch is expected to boost Oman’s competitiveness as a tourism hub in the region, encourage longer visitor stays, and support the growth of the local tourism sector, benefiting hotels, tour operators and transport services alike.
