Karkala: MPM GFGC College conducts one-day workshop on personality development

Karkala, Aug 14: The career guidance & placement cell of MPM Government First Grade College of Professional & Business Management, Karkala, in association with JCI Karkala Rural, successfully organized a one-day workshop on personality development scheduled on August13.

The resource person for the session was Dr Vijay Nagalur, professor & HoD, Department of Swasthavritta, SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi. Dr Nagalur delivered an insightful talk focusing on Achar (conduct), Vichar (thought), and various aspects of personality development, inspiring students to strive for holistic growth.

The workshop saw active participation from 80 BBA students, who enthusiastically engaged in the session and benefited from the valuable insights shared.

The programme was conducted with the wholehearted support and guidance of Dr Suresh Rai K principal, Prof Vinay M S, assistant professor in English & IQAC coordinator, Dr Subrahmanya K C, assistant professor in Management & Placement Cell coordinator and Dr Sunitha Lizzie Pereira, assistant professor in management and all the staff members who extended full support to JCI Karkala Rural in organizing this impactful session.

The event proved to be a valuable experience for all participants, contributing meaningfully to their personal and professional growth.
