Mangaluru, Aug 19: Milagres College, Hampankatta, witnessed the grand inauguration of the College Student Council and College Associations on Tuesday, August 19 in the college rooftop auditorium.

The programme was graced by Gayathri C H, deputy superintendent of excise, Mangaluru subdivision-1, as the chief guest. In her address, she motivated the students to cultivate leadership qualities, discipline, and a spirit of responsibility to become active contributors to society.

Dr Alwin Serrao, principal and campus director, in his message, highlighted the importance of student councils as platforms for developing organizational skills, teamwork, and leadership among students.

The programme was attended by vice principal Glancia Fernandes, IQAC coordinator Chethana, and student welfare officer Tressy Pinto. Student Nikal, II BBA, hosted the programme, and student Rohan D’Souza, III BBA, delivered the vote of thanks.
