Students of Ryan International, Surat explore careers through internship programmes

Surat, Aug 20: In an effort to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. Ryan International Bardoli Surat, St Xavier’s Vapi, Ryan International Masma, Surat successfully launched an innovative internship programme for its students. 

The initiative held on August 19 provided students with an opportunity to gain first - hand exposure to various professions. The programme is designed to introduce students to different career pathways ranging from banking, hospitality, healthcare and education to creative fields like music, art and media journalism.

Through a one-day/short term engagement, students will get a glimpse into workplace environments and professional practices. Students will engage in interactive sessions and participate in hands-on activities. They will have an opportunity to ask questions observe decision making processes, and understand the importance of team work, discipline and innovation in professional life. 

Chairman Dr A F Pinto and managing director madam Dr Grace Pinto emphasized that the Program reflects Ryan Group’s vision of holistic education. This initiative will empower students to grow into confident, capable and compassionate individuals.
