Vasco, Aug 26: A seemingly casual coffee meeting between AAP MLA Venzy Viegas and Trinamool Congress (TMC) Goa leader Mariano Rodrigues has set off a wave of political speculation in the state, after a photo of the two went viral on social media.

Sources close to the matter revealed that while the meeting was informal, the conversation reportedly touched on the idea of political unity for the greater good of Goa. “It wasn’t about a formal alliance, but about exploring common ground to protect Goa’s interests,” one source said.
