Mangalore: 'Godrej Alpine' Residential Project Launched in City

Mangalore, Feb 7: Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, launched its residential project 'Godrej Alpine' near Yeyyadi here on Tuesday February 7.
 
Pirojsha Godrej, executive director, Godrej Properties formally launching the project said that Godrej Alpine is the company's first and one of the best projects in the city, featuring international design, contemporary styling and world class recreational facilities such as a squash court, a tennis court, a badminton court, a billiards room, a carom and table tennis room etc.

Mangalore was chosen as the investment destination as the local market in the city is vibrant. This project also has state-of-the art gymnasium, a health club and a swimming pool. The luxurious apartments has several environment-friendly features and an interesting highlight is the design that offers 80% open space for residents to unwind.
 
The construction of Godrej Alpine will be undertaken by leading construction firm Larsen & Toubro (L&T). GPL has entered in to a development agreement with B M Farookh for this project.

Customers can choose from amongst 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments that range from 1203 sq ft to 1695 sq ft and penthouses that range from 2700 sq ft to 3500 sq ft.

The construction will spread over 4.5 acre and this residential project consists of three towers of 19 floors each and offers a total of 449 modern apartments. Each flat may approximately cost from Rs 50 lac to Rs 80 lac.
