Mangaluru: Agnesians triumph in Sports Arena

Mangaluru, Sep 10: The students of St Agnes School CBSE, Mangaluru, once again brought pride and joy to the institution through their remarkable achievements in sports.

On August 23, Angel Maria Binoy of grade VI B displayed her talent in badminton at the Asmita Badminton Tournament held at the Urwa Indoor Stadium, Mangaluru. Competing in the under-13 category, she clinched the III place, marking a proud moment for the school.

Further adding to the glory, on September 6 and 7, Payal R Poojary of grade VIII D excelled in the Hanshi Praveen Kumar Memorial, All India Open Karate Championship 2025, hosted at Amruth Garden, Udupi. With her skill and determination, she secured the third place in both Kata and Kumite events, standing tall among tough competitors.

The management, staff, and students wholeheartedly congratulate Angel Maria Binoy and Payal R Poojary for their commendable victories and wish them continued success in their sporting journey.
