Mangaluru, Sep 20: Rekha K G, assistant professor at St Agnes College, Mangaluru, has been conferred with a PhD doctorate by Srinivas University, Pandeshwar, Mangaluru.
Her doctoral thesis, titled 'Rewriting women: A critique of misogyny, structure, and agency in the select novels of K R Meera', was completed under the guidance of Dr Manjula K T, research professor at Srinivas University.
Rekha is married to Sajeev C T, who runs Mangalore Agencies in Darbe, Puttur.
