Trump ultimatum to Hamas: Accept Gaza deal by Sunday or face 'All Hell'

Daijiworld Media Network – Washington

Washington, Oct 3: US President Donald Trump on Friday warned Hamas to accept his Gaza peace plan by Sunday evening or face what he described as “all hell like no one has ever seen before.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump declared, “An agreement must be reached with Hamas by Sunday at 6 pm Washington DC time. Every country has signed on! If this last chance agreement is not reached, Hamas will face destruction. There will be peace in the Middle East one way or the other.”

The deal, unveiled earlier this week with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calls for a ceasefire, release of hostages within 72 hours, the disarmament of Hamas, and Israel’s gradual withdrawal from Gaza. Trump has also proposed to oversee the post-war authority himself.

Hamas, however, said it is still studying the plan. Mohammad Nazzal, a member of its political bureau, stated, “The plan has points of concern, and we will announce our position soon.”

Trump, meanwhile, insisted Hamas fighters were “militarily trapped” and warned that his order could seal their fate.

The ultimatum has set off urgent diplomatic activity across the region, with mediators pressing Hamas for a quick response while international voices remain divided over the high-pressure deadline.
