The event received an overwhelming response, with enthusiastic participation from across the state. Little children dressed as Lord Krishna, enacting playful moments with Yashoda and Krishna’s love for butter, brought smiles and joy to the judges and viewers alike.

Wilson D’Souza, photographer and judge, expressed his admiration for the contest and its participants, and said, “All the photos submitted for the Yashoda Krishna and Benne Krishna photo contest by Daijiworld Udupi were truly wonderful. The children’s expressions, creativity in photography, and Yashoda’s portrayal made it very challenging to decide the winners. I sincerely appreciate Daijiworld Udupi for organising such a contest, which we usually see only in print media. Hosting and managing such an event is not easy, but they have done it successfully. I hope they continue this initiative in the coming years. My advice to parents is to always keep the given theme as the main focus. For instance, in the Benne Krishna category, the theme was butter, and including it in the photograph makes judging much easier.”
