Dubai, Oct 10: A mega blood donation camp will be organised by the SKSSF Viqaya Karnataka UAE Committee on October 12, from 9:30 am to 2 pm at the Blood Donation Centre near Oud Metha.
In a press release, Viqaya chairman Anwar Manila and convenor Nizam Thodar stated that Viqaya is one of the most socially active organisations among expatriates. Every year, the committee conducts a massive blood donation drive in October to mark Viqaya Day, successfully collecting over 150 units of blood annually.
This year, in conjunction with the Samastha 100th Anniversary and in memory of Marhoom Abdul Rahman, the grand blood donation camp will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 9:30 am to 2 pm The organisers have requested all expatriate well-wishers to participate in large numbers and become blood donors.
