New Delhi, Oct 10: A 34-year-old barber was found brutally murdered near Khajuri Chowk in northeast Delhi late on Thursday night. The deceased, identified as Gajendra, was discovered lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds, police said.
According to reports, the New Usmanpur police station received a call about the incident around 11:27 pm. A police team rushed to the spot and found Gajendra’s body near the Khadar area. He was a resident of Dayalpur and worked at a nearby salon.

A forensic team inspected the site, collecting blood samples, weapon marks, and other evidence. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and initial findings confirmed that Gajendra was repeatedly stabbed to death.
Police have registered a case of murder and formed multiple teams to trace the culprits. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined to determine the sequence of events and identify the attackers.
Locals described Gajendra as a quiet and friendly man with no known enmity, prompting police to explore whether the murder was linked to a personal dispute or a failed robbery attempt.
