Abu Dhabi, Feb 13: It's Fiesta time once again in Abu Dhabi. Konkani Cultural Organisation (KCO), Abu Dhabi have announced their plans to hold the much awaited annual and traditional extravagamza the 'FIESTA -2012’ on Friday, May 11, 2012, 10.30 onwards at the Abu Dhabi Country club.
As always, this year's FIESTA – a full day event, will be special and innovative in its presentation, as well known Konkani singing stars from Mangalore, Goa, Mumbai and the Gulf emerge into Abu Dhabi to entertain the UAE audience with their melodious and soulful singing with foot tapping music.
KCO - the premier organization of Abu Dhabi and the UAE are known for their quality entertainment and top class organizational capabilities, as the outfit consists of young and experienced veteran organizers and talented members.

This year’s entertainers include, the vivacious Nephie Rod Pradhan, who will be the centre of attraction. She is a popular star among Mangalorean and Goan music lovers, having presented several concerts to her credit for both Mangaloreans and Goan audience in Mumbai, Mangalore, Dubai and other parts of the world and has also rendered her voice for the Bollywood music industry .
Melody king – the heart throb of many the one and only Rony D’ Cunha – the leading Konkani Voice from Kuwait and Adolf Jayathilak – the darling of youngsters from Mangalore will be an added attraction. Adrian Gomes – the versatile music maestro from Kuwait will be directing the music for the entire show.
To pep up the show Goa’s leading band,”Sky High” who have captured the hearts all over India and various parts of the world , who had established their niche in the UAE in their past appearances will enthrall the audience with their foot tapping rock music and songs and are guaranteed to set the stage on fire with their electrifying performance,

Speaking to Daijiworld in Abu Dhabi, KCO president - Michael D’Silva was enthusiastic and confident that this year’s event will surpass all the past events and highlighted KCO’s mission in helping the needy students in their future education, wherein they have a commitment to sponsor several hundred students for their future higher education. “the support of our sponsors and the people of UAE have helped us in meeting our goals. These kind of social gatherings and entertainment events help us in funding our various projects” he added.
