I feel sorry for these victims. Poor women. No one will get into this activity willingly. There must be somebody who forced them into this field. The culprit may be husband, lover, landlord or compulsion due to poverty. Only God knows the truth. We should not make fun out of such helpless people because we don't know what is in store for us or our loved ones.

Dear Sirish, Nobody has supported illegal activies as you think .Nobody wants to support illegal activities. Our countrys wealth is playing few hands businessmen and corrupt politicians and thats why poverty is leading these activities. We continue to support corrupt elements and communal elements & thats why its taking more than normal time for country to grow UP!

Evans christpher, You say you wanted to see their photo before they were covered. Imagine you were in that position .Would you like to be photographed before cover.Remember you may be in a good position but not all people are like you.Do you think these women did this job willingly ???????? poverty has lead them to do such activities.I am not justifying them but our society is also unfair.Isnt it?

What a shame on the people who write here by supporting the people who involved in illegal activities. If the Ministers do means others can also do & break the rules ?. You are the one spoiling the atmosphere of South Kanara by supporting such activities. Think before write, you are also equally responsible for the increase of illegal activities in Mangalore. Don't just blame the Government for every thing. Government can't watch each & every person in the state. We the person who lives in the society should oppose such activities & report to the authorities. Jaago Jawano jaago.............

Massaging is not considered illegal activity. It is only used for relaxation, not for impregnation.

When you go to hair salon, and the barber massages your head after haircut, is it illegal activity?

There is some big hand of some big fellow who is running this kind of SUNSHINE Beauty Parlor cum Spa. How come only two were arrested and why they are covering their face. They want to avoid their identification or reputation. Good pictures by Daya but you should have taken the pictures before they covered their faces. Kadri cops did a good job and they should arrest more people who are involved in this business.

What wrong these women done in the parlor...As per the history prostitution is a known profession since many centuries...all the kings ruled India before have done this...these poor women are doing this for their lively hood and they didn't looted anyone like our greate politicians...So why arrest these poor people...As per the history this is a integral part of Indian culture...Why the so called VHP, BD, SRS and other outfits who are crying to save Indian culture can come forward and pressurize the Govt to legalise the prostitution.

Now after the raide and arrest what will be the future of this poor women..?? Does anyone think of them..??

Why catching only women? Where are the guys? Jesus said, those who have not made any sin let them throw the 1st stone, then he started writing their sins on the sand. Within minutes every one left the place. Jesus said, woman no body is there to stone you? Let me too not condemn you. Go home but do not sin again. Even after 2012 yrs. No one can find fault with Jesus teaching. Don't judge others so that you may not be judged.

Police should have made some Movies of Parlor action and gave it to Palemar,Savadi,Patil and Raghupathi and many more so that they can watch the scenes in their Bedroom or in Parliament. Police could call it LIGHT BLUE movie Rated XX for Ministers viewing only.

We often happen to notice in media and press giving coverage of such illegal acts when raided by the authorities. But why the coverage is given to the employed persons working in these illegal activities, and no mention made about the owner or promoter of these activities. I feel the Press and Media should only publish or cover such incidents, only if the authorities divulge in giving complete details of the Owner/Promoter.

SEE now the news. Media got a news and public diverted with so many...Common people arrested who may be doing for their livelyhood (still it is a sin and punishable crime) God knows who is the God father and owner of this.
The point IS IT WORST THAN WHAT HAPPENED IN THE B'LORE VIDHANA SAUDHA? where leaders are still free and someone supporting too. There are records but the probe is ...anyway people will forget everything soon as there is no scarcity for the new news eery moment in India..
One thing is sure in Indian politics the more you are famous for bad reasons the more you climb the tree top...but where the smart foolish people understand this...If strict laws exists then this type business finds no way..

Nothing so great. I am not a supporter of prostitution. But look at this: All our ancient Indian Kings and Emperors did it. All our politicains have been doing it in style. As per our mythology even Lord Krishna had 16,000 women. It is the oldest profession and also it is worldwide. More dignified than corruption. They did not loot the state like Reddys or Yeddy. Why make such a big issue out of it???

There was a time when women were considered goddesses, where are the Goddesses now? these are devils? Any women who is doing illegal things should be put to jail and one should teach them such a lesson forget about committing the same illegal things they should even be scared to do so and one should be strict on them. It is very sad that Beauty parlour name all those activities are taking place. Indeed not good to know but good to know the two faces of women, they are lacking in society by their illegal activities.
