Congratulations to KCWA for recognizing a young and deserving talent like Kevin and providing this platform. Even other associations across the world should come forward and encourage young and deserving people like kevin instead of still depending on the older ones.

KCWA is the name I heard when I first attended a Konkani Show in Kuwait few years back. From then I never missed any shows of KCWA.
KCWA is a platform for so many Konkani singers, actors, dancers, artists & Konkani lovers.
This is the only association up lifts Konkani to the heights. In their programmes every where Konkani is flourishing and make us feel at home. So we wait for a mega event to enjoy this day and feel at home back in Mangalore, with their APUTT KONKI show.
Reaching the needy and crowning to Second CRORE is their great achievement.
May God Bless them and take them to the THIRD Crore very soon, by then every corner of the world know KCWA.
Good Luck to all who are part of this programme.

    HATS OFF TO KCWA'S EFFORTS.

KCWA’s members’ & Sponsors' unwavering support has made it possible to brighten the lives of the unfortunate in the field of education and in living lives of dignity.
KCWA’s Fund for Primary Education has been set up in 150 Parishes under Mangalore diocese, through Fixed Deposits and the interest generated from which facilitates books, school uniforms and other educational utilities.

Apart from its main motto of providing for primary education for the less privileged, KCWA also understands an individual’s need of being able to have a foothold in society through equal opportunities. In this context, KCWA has contributed towards the construction of Computer Centre at St. Agnes Special School and installation of peripherals for the physically challenged who get free computer training. The 1st disabled student became the first paid computer instructor of the school, and several disabled students trained from the school have secured employment in government & financial institutions.

KCWA has also contributed Rs. 5 lakhs towards sponsoring a classroom in the Navachetana School Project, managed by the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation at Venur. This school shelters and cares for the disabled children. Recognizing the significance of higher education, KCWA has made it possible for those who have the aptitude of scaling great heights but have limited means, by instituting a permanent Scholarship of Rs.10 lakhs in St. Joseph’s Engineering College, Vamanjoor, to educate two meritorious students from Mangalore diocese annually.

KCWA’s generosity has also been extended towards building of several educational institutions and tuition fees of deserving students in Mangalore and Kuwait. (www.kcwa.org)
