Mangaluru, Nov 7: 'Inchara 2025', an inter-PU college cultural and literary festival was organised by Government First Grade College, Kavoor on November 6. 7 PU colleges in and around Mangalore taluk took part in this festival.
Dr Sreeja J, associate professor of English, Government First Grade College Bantwal was the chief guest for inaugural programme. In her Inaugural address she highlighted the importance of participation in cultural & extra - curricular activities for the overall development of a student. She advised the students to take part in the competitions with a good spirit & accept the results in a sportive manner. Principal Dr Geetha M L encouraged the students to identify their hidden talents & use the opportunities to improve them by taking part in various activities. IQAC Coordinator welcomed the gathering, convenor of Inchara Dr Santhosh Pinto proposed vote of thanks. Lavanya of III BCom compered the programme. Student coordinators Mohammed Munab - III BCom, Pradeep - III BA, Sowjanya - III BA & Sanjana - III BBA were present on the stage.











Four competitions as planned were executed during this festival. Around 70 students from different PU colleges participated in the cultural festival.

Valedictory Programme was compered by Jyothy Shetty S, assistant professor of commerce. Dr Sreeja J distributed the prizes. Principal Dr Geetha M L gave her presidential remarks. IQAC coordinator Dr Therese Pereira thank all the people for a part of Inchara 2025.
It was indeed a beautiful opportunity for the students of Government First Grade College, Kavoor in hosting such an event. Around 40 student volunteers along with the support of teachers pulled off this entire days event.
