Udupi, Feb 16: "The challenges of life are a test while character and qualities are degrees, and the world is a university to explore. It is not necessary that one has to excel only in academics. One can excel in any sphere that is of one's interest," said 92.7 Big FM RJ Vishwas.

He was speaking after inaugurating 'M-Battled V2.0', inter-collegiate programme of Milagres College's commerce and management association, Kallianpur, on Thursday February 16.

"Youth are the wealth of the nation and they are making earnest efforts to excel in unexplored spheres,” said Vishwas.

Sandalwood actor Manish Chandra, in his chief guest's address, said that a student should concentrate on the practical aspects of life in order to taste success in the competitive world. "One has to constantly improve oneself for a better future," he added.

Milagres College correspondent Fr Stany B Lobo said that one who puts earnest efforts in realizing a worthy dream will see it unfold someday in the near future.

Milagres College principal Dr Neri Cornelio presided over the programme.

Milages College head of department of commerce Peter D'Souza, student co-ordinator Mervyn D'Souza, the college commerce association president Reyan D'Souza, and management association president Preetham D'Souza were present on the occasion.

Lavina welcomed the gathering while Avinash compered the programme.
