Panaji, Nov 18: Zenito Cardozo has filed a bail application before the Merces Court in connection with the Rama Kankonkar attempted murder case.
The court has scheduled arguments on the bail application for November 21. In line with judicial procedure, notices have been served to both the Investigating Officer (IO) and the Public Prosecutor (PP).
Cardozo will be represented by Advocate Michael Nazareth, who will present arguments seeking the accused’s release on bail.
