New Delhi, Dec 11: Delhi police reported a tragic incident in Dwarka on Wednesday, where a 45-year-old woman and her one-year-old grandson died after accidentally falling from the upper floor of an under-construction building and landing on a moving car.
The incident occurred at a construction site in Sector-15, Dwarka, around 5:03 pm, when a call was received seeking urgent medical assistance for the victims. A police team reached the location and found that two people had fallen from a height and were taken to Aakash Hospital by locals.

According to police, Mukesh, a labourer from Bhanera village in Tikamgarh district, Madhya Pradesh, stated that his mother, Hari Bai, and his one-year-old son, Raj, accidentally fell from the upper floor of the building and landed on the roof of a moving car. Both sustained severe injuries and were declared dead by hospital authorities.
The crime team inspected the site, and a case is being registered under relevant sections of law. Investigations are underway to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
