Andhra Pradesh, Dec 12: A tragic road accident claimed nine lives and left several others injured after a passenger bus lost control and plunged into a deep ravine in the hilly terrain of Alluri Sitharama Raju district early on Thursday morning.

The accident occurred around 5:30 am near Tulasipakalu village, when the bus, carrying 35 passengers, two drivers, and a cleaner, reportedly veered off the narrow ghat road while negotiating a sharp curve amid dense forest surroundings.
