Karkala: Varuna Shetty of Christ King PU College selected for national-level volleyball championship

Karkala, Dec 12: Varuna Shetty, a first-year commerce student of Christ King Pre-University College, Karkala, has been selected for the Karnataka state volleyball team that will participate in the 49th junior girls national volleyball championship.

The selection was made during a camp conducted by the Karnataka State Volleyball Association in Bengaluru.

The national championship will be held in Pilani, Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, from December 16 to 21.

Varuna will proudly represent Karnataka at this prestigious national event. She is the daughter of Prabhakar Shetty and Shobha Shetty of Joduraste, Korachottu.
