Udupi, Dec 13: The grand inauguration of the newly relocated premises of Ashish Travels was held at Mandavi Capitol, opposite the Clock Tower near the Service Bus Stand, on Friday December 12.
The new office was inaugurated by Dr Asha Sorte, obstetrician and gynaecologist, Saudi Arabia, along with Edna Clarice Kunder, wife of the late Leny Kunder, founder of Ashish Travels. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the symbolic opening of the expanded facility.
Following the inauguration, a formal programme commenced with prayers and benediction by Rev Ivan D Soans, presbyter-in-charge, CSI Jubilee Church, Udupi. The dignitaries then lit the traditional lamp to signify a prosperous beginning.
Speaking on the occasion, Glen Dias, director, Mandavi Real Estate Developers Udupi, said, “The service provided by Ashish is commendable. I believe quality service is essential. Along with business, service holds great importance. I wish his business continued growth.”
K Surya Prakash, managing director, Prakash Retail Private Limited (Harsha), Udupi, remarked, “It is heartening to see him continue the legacy started by his father. Ashish provides 24×7 service. His commitment ensures God’s blessings. I wish his business grows further with more branches.”
CA Ganesh Kanchan, chartered accountant, Udupi, added, “I congratulate Ashish on the opening of his new office. Whenever I meet him, I notice his concern for customers. He constantly strives for quality service. His dream of offering all services under one roof is realized today.”
In his introductory note, Ashish, proprietor of Ashish Travels, expressed gratitude and said, “In 1995 my father started an office opposite Kediyoor. After 30 years, we have now opened this new office. I seek everyone’s blessings.”
The programme was compered by Sandeep Bhaktha and the event was organised and executed by The Party Popperz.
