Mangaluru, Dec 18: The three-day Land Trades Property Show 2025 – Season 7 commenced on Wednesday, December 18, at the rooftop floor of the Land Trades corporate office, Milestone 25, Collector Gate Junction, Balmatta. The property expo will conclude on December 20.

The event was inaugurated with the traditional lighting of the lamp by chief guest Nagaraja Upadhyaya B, general manager of Karnataka Bank, in the presence of K Shrinath Hebbar, managing director of Land Trades Builders & Developers, along with representatives of leading banks, financial institutions, industry associates and customers.



Addressing the gathering, Nagaraja Upadhyaya congratulated Land Trades on successfully organising Property Show Season 7 and lauded the firm for emerging as a landmark name in Mangaluru’s real estate sector. He expressed gratitude to managing director K Shrinath Hebbar for the continued trust reposed in Karnataka Bank.

Highlighting the importance of trust in business, he said customer confidence plays a crucial role in long-term success and noted that Land Trades has consistently earned this trust through quality projects and transparent dealings. He expressed confidence that the company would continue to attract more customers in Mangaluru and across the state, further strengthening its reputation. He also announced that Karnataka Bank is offering an attractive home loan scheme in association with the property show.
