Udupi: For Astrological Reasons, BJP's Sunil Kumar Files 'Dummy' Nomination

Udupi Feb 25: Sunil Kumar, BJP candidate for the upcoming Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha bypoll, submitted his nomination at the DC office here on Saturday February 25.

However, the nomination was a 'dummy' one, and the actual nomination would be filed on February 29, sources said.

The 'dummy' nomination was filed on Saturday due to astrological reasons, it is learnt.

Media persons who had gathered at the DC office were not allowed inside. Usually, the media is allowed whenever a candidate files nomination, but on Saturday, DC Dr M T Reju did not permit the media inside. A disppointed group of reporters and photographers protested against the move.

Sunil Kumar was accompanied by his family members and RSS leader Somashekar Bhat.

    Whether is dummy or actual.... No way BJP... Historically this is the worst political party in Karnataka… All credit goes to BJP & their leaders... Ridiculous Reddy brothers (Gani) scandal & CBI arrest case, other ministers arrested/including ex-CM for allotting family members (land allotment scandal), raping friend’s wife, Un-obeying high command for self centered interest, watching porn in assembly hall/rave party issue……many more…too much!!
