Kundapur: Social leadership training workshop Held at Moodlakatte Institute of Technology

Kundapur, Jan 19: Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapura, through its MBA Department, recently organised a Social Leadership Training Workshop in collaboration with FSL India.

The workshop featured Rakesh Soans, president, FSL India, along with his team, as the resource persons. Through various interactive activities, they guided students on how to develop a sense of social responsibility. The sessions emphasised that leadership qualities exist in every student and focused on how these qualities can be effectively utilized for social development and community welfare.

The training programme was further supported by Nagaraj Shetty N, CEL coordinator and in-charge, FSL India; Raksha V Shenoy K, YDP coordinator, FSL India and CEL volunteers from Germany, Antonia Gross and Joel Fumagalli, who actively contributed to making the workshop engaging and impactful.

The programme was attended by the college principal Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, head of the MBA Department Dr Suchitra Poojari, along with other faculty members, who appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of social leadership among management students.
