Bengaluru, Jan 24: Nandini milk and curd will now be available in Rs 10 packets as well. The Karnataka Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (KMF) has introduced smaller packs of milk and curd priced at Rs 10 each.
Chief minister Siddaramaiah on Friday launched a total of ten new Nandini products at Vidhana Soudha. These include Rs 10 milk and curd packets, medium-fat paneer, high-aroma ghee, probiotic mango lassi, dairy whitener and other products, which will be available at Nandini outlets.

Under the new pricing, Nandini milk will be sold in 160 ml packets priced at Rs 10, while curd will be available in 140 ml packets for Rs 10. Earlier, milk and curd were sold in 200 ml packets. It was felt that in households where only one person resides, the 200 ml pack often resulted in excess milk or curd going unused.
Storing leftover milk or curd was proving difficult for consumers. With the introduction of smaller quantity packs at a lower price, customers can now purchase fresh milk or curd in quantities suitable for daily use, making it more convenient and reducing wastage.
