Beltangady, Jan 29: A 36-year-old man staying in a rented house on Church Road in Beltangady has gone missing under mysterious circumstances.

The missing person has been identified as Roshan Kiran D’Souza (36), a native of Mavinakatte Devasya house in Kukkipady village of Bantwal taluk. He was currently residing in a rented house on Church Road, Beltangady, and was working as a pickup vehicle driver.

According to the complaint, Roshan had informed his wife, who was in Bengaluru, that he would be travelling there on January 25. He reportedly boarded a bus that morning stating he was heading to Bengaluru. However, he did not reach the city by evening and did not respond to phone calls.
