Kundapur, Feb 6: The MBA department of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology organised a workshop on 'Corporate Performance Management' for first-year MBA students on February 4. The programme was jointly conducted by the training and placement cell and the department of management studies.

The resource person for the workshop was B Dayanand Shetty, director and senior consultant of Projen Tech, who addressed the students on ways to enhance their personal and professional performance in a corporate environment. He explained practical strategies and actionable steps that students should adopt to improve efficiency, goal orientation, and overall performance management skills.

The programme was held in the presence of the college principal Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, head of the MBA Department Dr Suchitra Poojari, along with other faculty members of the department.

MBA student Aditi compered the programme and delivered the vote of thanks.
