Mangaluru, Feb 9: The Department of Business Administration, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organised a seminar titled “Designing Business Success: Blueprint to a Business Plan” and a business plan competition titled “Brain 2 Business – The Ultimate Business Challenge on February 5, at the St Agnes College Centre for Postgraduate Studies and Research for all the BBA students.

The resource speaker Dr Mallika Shetty, assistant professor, Department of MBA explained the importance of business planning and discussed the key components of a successful business plan, including idea formulation, market analysis, financial planning and implementation strategies. She also shared practical insights and real-world examples highlighting the role of structured planning in business success.

As many as six teams participated and presented their business plans, followed by a question-and-answer session with the judges Chaco P J, assistant professor, Department of MBA, and Fredvin Crasta, assistant professor, Department of Commerce.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
