Mangaluru, Feb 16: Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (IHMT) hosted a bakery and confectionery workshop for KICT and MCTC students on February 10. The session, coordinated by Prof Roopesh, covered basic techniques and bakery products like pastries, breads, and muffins.
Chef Roopesh and bakery specialization students guided participants, providing hands-on experience in bakery products. The workshop enhanced students' skills and creativity, offering valuable insights into bakery and confectionery.

Dean Prof B Prashanth Prabhu welcomed participants, trainers, and faculty members. The event was informative, interactive, and well-received. KICT and MCTC students gained practical experience, adding to their hospitality skills. The institute thanked Srinivas University for the engaging session.
