Bhatkal: Two Persons Seriously Injured in Motorcycle-Truck Collision

Bhatkal, Mar 9: In a motorcycle and truck collision that took place here in Muglihonda, two persons have been seriously injured. They have been identified as Yousuf Shabbar Shaikh(26) and Imran (22). Both Yousuf and Imran are residents of Muglihonda.

It is learnt that the unregistered Splendour motorcycle just entered onto the national highway a few moments before the incident. Bhatkal Muslim youth federation vice president along with a few others helped the injured to be moved in to a hospital. Immediately after first aid treatment was given at the Bhatkal government hospital, they were being shifted to Mangalore. But their condition worsened on the half way at Kundapur.

Bhatkal CPI Shiv Prakash reached the accident spot immediately along with three PSIs. TMC president Inayatullah Shahbandari, Nazeer Kashim, Armar Zubair among others were present at Bhatkal government hospital.
