M'lore: Special Check-up Camp for Women Held by Vishwa Vaidya Ayurvedashram

Mangalore, Mar 10: Vishwa Vaidya Ayurvedashram, Vamanjoor, observed International Women's day on Thursday March 8. Meera Ashok, corporator, Thiruvail ward, Vamanjoor inaugurated the special check-up camp for women organized by Vishwa Vaidya Ayurvedashram.

Speaking on the occasion, Meera Ashok said that camps of this nature will help the people from economically weaker section. More and more health camps from Vishwa Vaidya Ayurvedashram will help the people in their health care needs.

Dr Srilatha Shetty, medical director, who spoke on the occasion said that the health problems faced by women such as pre menstrual syndrome (PMS), stress, back pain, obesity and other problems are treated. Apart from these, yoga, mudhra, reiki, beauty therapy and medical astrology is also available at Vishwa Vaiyda Ayurvedashram.
