Panaji, May 6: The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Goa, has announced a mentoring programme for candidates preparing for the National Eligibility Test (NET) and State Eligibility Test (SET).
The initiative aims to provide structured guidance to aspirants appearing for the computer-based NET conducted by the National Testing Agency and the SET conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Interested candidates can register by filling out the prescribed Google form on or before May 15, 2026.
The registration fee has been fixed at Rs 1,000 for General and OBC candidates, Rs 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates, Rs 250 for students, and Rs 150 for SC/ST/PH students. The fee must be paid at the time of enrolment.
Enrolment cards will be issued from May 18 to May 22 at the DHE office located at Goa Education Complex, Alto-Porvorim, following document verification. Candidates are required to carry two photographs along with relevant documents such as caste certificates or student identity cards, wherever applicable.
Candidates already enrolled in previous mentoring batches and holding valid enrolment cards are exempted from re-registration and can directly attend the sessions after renewing their cards.
The detailed schedule of the mentoring sessions will be shared at the time of enrolment, officials said.
