The new division is backed by a highly experienced leadership team with deep expertise in construction, engineering, and project execution. The firm is led by Shashindra Rai, who brings over 37 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive knowledge in project development, execution, and industry operations. Supporting the leadership team are Umesh KV and Hari Prasad, who together bring over 22+ years of experience in civil contracts and construction management.
